Why is one becoming forgetful? What happens with the neurons during aging? In a regional contest of FameLab, an enjoyable science communication competition that takes place in more than 30 countries, Olga Sin of the Max Planck Institute for Molecular Biomedicine explained the complex processes with the help of toy bricks. With an amazing result: for her 3-minute talk she was awarded not only with the first prize but also with the audience award. The first prize qualified her to take part in the German Final of FameLab on April 27.
