Hans Schöler invited to Japan

Hans Schöler was invited as a speaker to the International Symposium "Induced Pluripotent Stem (iPS) Cell Research - Frontier and Future", May 11th-12th 2008, Kyoto, Japan

New Year's Reception of the City of Paderborn 2008 - Guest speaker Hans R. Schöler

Since the year 2000, the Mayor of the City of Paderborn invites high-ranking representatives as guest speaker for the New Year's reception in the historical Town Hall. Also because of his family roots in Paderborn, Professor Dr. Hans Schöler gladly accepted the invitation of Mayor Heinz Paus, to give the official speech on January 6 2008 to about 180 guest from politics, economy, and administration.

Prof. Dr. Hans Schöler inscribed into the Golden Book of the city in presence of the Vice-Mayor Dietrich Honervogt (l.), Joseph Vögele (2nd.o.l.), Mayor Heinz Paus and Vice-Mayor Josef Hackfort.

Every year the Lord Mayor of the City of Münster Dr. Berthold Tillmann invites to the traditional, public New Year’s Reception in the City Hall. Professor Dr. Hans Schöler gave the complimentary speech for 800 invited guests and interested citizens at the New Year’s Reception of the City of Münster on January 8, 2006.
