Prof. Dr. Bettina Schöne-Seifert appointed to "Max Planck Fellow"

Special honour for the bioethicist

Prof. Dr. Bettina Schöne-Seifert was appointed "Max Planck Fellow" at the Max Planck Institute for Molecular Biomedicine in Münster. The fellowship, which has been established to associate university professors to the Max Planck Society, is limited to five years and entails heading a small work group at a Max Planck Institute. Max Planck Fellows remain active as a professor during the length of their appointment. Prof. Dr. Schöne-Seifert was appointed professor for "Ethics in Medicine" at the Institute for Ethics, History and Theory of Medicine in Münster in May 2003.
