Career and family

As the first German research organisation, our institutes were granted the logo of the non-profit organisation berufundfamilie (“career and family”) in 2006, after a comprehensive certification process.

Our institute has a childcare facility for children under three years of age on its premises. You can find information on this service at: Childcare.
To further facilitate the care of small children, there is a multipurpose room in the guest house next to the institute. This room contains e.g. a small bed, a changing table and a nursing chair and is furnished and equipped for children. In this manner, the mother or father can do desk work while the child is playing or sleeping.
