The Max Planck Institute for Molecular Biomedicine is a participant in the Initiative Transparente Tierversuche. This German Transparency Agreement is committed to open and accessible communication regarding animal testing in research. It is a joint initiative of ‘Tierversuche verstehen’ (‘Understanding Animal Testing‘) and the Permanent Senate Commission on Animal Protection and Experimentation of the German Research Foundation (DFG), in collaboration with the Alliance of Science Organisations in Germany.
